She can communicate effectively at all levels, and does so without a hint of doubt in her delivery. She is never afraid to ask questions, or to provide clarity to a situation when she feels others are struggling. Lindsay is also very good at remaining calm when things get intense, which is a fantastic trait for a Product Manager.
Results focused’ is a phrase that comes to mind when I think of Lindsay. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lindsay for nearly two years. During this time Lindsay has consistently been a “go to” person in the organization for clarity on processes. She is able to adapt and manage change effortlessly. She leads by example and maintains composure even in chaotic moments. Lindsay always keeps the end goal in mind and help those around her achieve results.
